(Senior) Finance Manager - D365 & Digital Finance (m/f/d) near Venlo

What you will do

• Act as the functional expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and translate Finance requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Drive D365 Finance development, optimization, Fit-to-Standard and Fit-Gap analyses, and backlog management.
• Support ERP implementations, rollouts, system enhancements, testing, UAT, data migration, go-live, stabilization, and release management.
• Coordinate Finance, IT, key users, and external implementation partners throughout transformation projects.
• Identify Finance automation and digitalization opportunities using Power Automate, Copilot, and other Microsoft technologies.
• Evaluate AI use cases, support pilots and proofs of concept, and contribute to the Finance systems and data landscape.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or Finance & Operations and strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes.
• Experience with ERP implementations, rollouts, or transformation projects, including requirements management, testing, and UAT.
• Ability to translate Finance requirements into functional system solutions and drive implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, ownership, and solution-oriented skills.
• Fluent English required; fluent German is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot, AI, or Finance automation.
• Experience with Finance data integrations, Power BI, and international Finance environments.
