Senior Finance Manager - D365 & Digital Finance

What you will do

• Act as the functional expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and translate Finance requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Drive the continuous development and optimization of D365 Finance, including Fit-to-Standard and Fit-Gap analyses.
• Manage Finance requirements and backlog items and support ERP implementations, rollouts, and system enhancements.
• Coordinate Finance, IT, key users, and external implementation partners throughout delivery.
• Support testing, UAT, data migration, go-live, stabilization, release management, and change management.
• Identify and implement Finance automation and digitalization opportunities using Power Automate, Copilot, AI, and other Microsoft technologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or Finance & Operations and strong knowledge of core Finance and Accounting processes.
• Experience with ERP implementations, rollouts, or transformation projects, including requirements management, testing, and UAT.
• Ability to translate Finance requirements into functional system solutions and drive implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, ownership, and hands-on delivery skills.
• Fluent English required; fluent German is ideally required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot, AI, or Finance automation.
• Experience with Finance data, integrations, and Power BI.
• Experience in an international Finance environment.
