Salesforce Platform Architect (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Own and evolve Salesforce platform architecture across Service, Sales, Experience, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Define architecture standards, design principles, governance guardrails, and enterprise alignment.
• Lead architecture reviews and develop the long-term platform strategy.
• Optimize scalability and performance while driving technical debt management and refactoring.
• Define integration patterns and design reusable components and shared platform capabilities.
• Drive CI/CD, release architecture, security alignment, and AI-enabled DevOps with delivery and DevOps teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce environments, including multi-cloud architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture patterns and enterprise-scale implementations.
• Deep understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components, data modeling, and integration patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and test automation.
• Familiarity with security, identity management, and compliance requirements for Salesforce platforms.
• Strong communication skills in English and German are required.

Nice to have

• Salesforce System Architect and/or Application Architect certification.
