TL;DR
Design Expert (AI): Creating evaluation tasks, reference prototypes, design specifications, and usability reports for AI systems across rapid prototyping, product design, and human-AI collaboration with an accent on design systems, UX/UI, and AI-assisted development. Focus on designing realistic scenarios, developing senior-level evaluation rubrics, and distinguishing strong product judgment from generic or template-driven work.
Location: Fully remote; flexible, self-directed schedule

What you will do
- Create realistic evaluation scenarios covering rapid prototyping, iteration, design systems, and product design–engineering collaboration.
- Develop tasks involving AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, v0, and Replit.
- Create Design-track tasks using Figma, Framer, prototyping tools, and design-system platforms.
- Produce reference prototypes, code artifacts, design specifications, and usability evaluation reports.
- Develop detailed rubrics that distinguish senior-level product judgment from generic or template-driven work.
- Collaborate on task refinement and evaluation standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in product design, UX/UI design, rapid prototyping, and design systems.
- Experience with human-centered design, user research, usability testing, design critique, and product judgment.
- Experience with AI-assisted development, prompt-driven development, or vibecoding.
- Strong fluency with Figma and relevant prototyping, design, or AI development tools.
- 5+ years of experience as a product designer, design lead, or AI-native engineer/vibecoder.
- Shipped product designs, design systems, or AI-assisted development workflows; a portfolio of shipped work is strongly preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience at a product-focused or design-focused company, startup, or notable independent product.
- Experience creating rubrics, training materials, design critiques, or evaluation frameworks.
