Senior UX Designer

Location: Hybrid, with onsite collaboration in the client studio three days per week

Contract: 6–9 month fixed-term contract

What you will do

• Lead intuitive and scalable user experiences across web and digital platforms.
• Translate complex requirements into user journeys, flows, information architecture, and interaction models.
• Define experience frameworks and systems across multiple touchpoints.
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing, turning findings into design improvements.
• Prototype, iterate, and refine solutions through testing and feedback.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, technologists, product teams, and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Significant experience in user experience design within an agency or product environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX work across complex digital products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design, service design, and interaction design principles.
• Experience designing end-to-end journeys from concept through delivery.
• Proficiency with modern UX and prototyping tools, including Figma.
• Strong communication, organisation, ownership, and stakeholder-influence skills.
