Procurement Director

Location: Irving, TX 75062, hirify.global Corporate HQ

Salary: $102,400–$179,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

hirify.global operates an enterprise procurement function supporting indirect goods and services, supplier relationships, and business efficiency.

What you will do

• Develop and implement procurement and category strategies for indirect goods and services.
• Manage strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, contract performance, compliance monitoring, and procurement risk.
• Analyze enterprise spend with business partners to identify opportunities for improved quality, value, savings, and process efficiency.
• Assess supplier priorities, options, risks, total cost of ownership, and business impact.
• Plan and execute vendor negotiations while maintaining contractual and business relationships.
• Support procurement functions in hirify.global’s ERP system as needed.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and contract terms and conditions.
• Experience presenting to and working with senior management.
• Experience with contract legal terms and conditions.
• Strong strategic thinking and independent decision-making skills.
• Strong project management, facilitation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strategic supplier and stakeholder relationships.
