What you will do

• Conduct targeted needs assessments and performance gap analyses for defined business areas.
• Identify root causes of learning gaps and recommend learning or non-learning interventions.
• Consult with mid-level business leaders to align learning content with team-level goals.
• Recommend training solutions and collaborate with instructional designers on content development.
• Collect and analyze learner feedback to measure learning effectiveness.

Requirements

• Intermediate individual-contributor experience in a professional role, with the ability to work independently within an established framework.
• Specialized knowledge of learning strategy, performance analysis, and relevant methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or additional role-relevant experience.
• Ability to build productive internal and external working relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and travel by car or plane, including overnight stays.

Nice to have

• 2 or more years of relevant experience.
