Salary: $37,000–$97,500 base salary per year

What you will do

• Develop and deliver learning and talent development programs using established learning principles.
• Facilitate live classroom instruction for in-person and virtual audiences.
• Consult with stakeholders and create learning and talent development resources.
• Manage learning projects and programs, including measurement and reporting.
• Review materials for accuracy, quality, organizational relevance, and alignment with program objectives.
• Analyze learning metrics and recommend opportunities for improvement to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, facilitation, curriculum development, coaching, and training delivery.
• Skills in live instruction, project management, problem solving, accuracy, and managing multiple priorities.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
