Salary: 121,800.00–203,000.00 annually.

What you will do

  • Serve as the in-country medical lead for hematology programs and scientific initiatives.
  • Shape medical strategy and represent Medical Affairs in regional, international, and headquarters planning.
  • Lead the hematology medical team through mentoring, hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Support clinical development through investigator engagement, site identification, and research activities.
  • Collaborate on congresses, symposia, advisory boards, medical content, commercialization, market access, launch readiness, and lifecycle strategies.
  • Deliver scientific presentations and provide actionable insights for patient-focused decision-making.

Requirements

  • MD or PhD with hematology expertise and significant pharmaceutical or biotechnology Medical Affairs experience.
  • Recent multiple myeloma experience and an established network of clinical experts.
  • Experience supporting clinical research and clinical development, preferably in hematology.
  • Understanding of Medical Affairs practices, country codes of conduct, the local healthcare environment, and product lifecycle development.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, people management, strategic planning, and scientific communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
