Business Analyst (Insurance)

What you will do

• Contribute to software development projects, including writing, testing, and debugging code.
• Participate in design and code reviews and collaborate with project teams.
• Define software requirements and specifications.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges and production issues with operations and support teams.
• Assess and adopt new technologies and software development practices.
• Provide domain expertise and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry is compulsory.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development methodologies.
• Strong programming, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to take ownership of complex technical challenges.
