Strategy Analyst Lead – Business Development (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead expansion plans and evaluate commercial opportunities across project workstreams.
• Define success benchmarks and KPIs by translating industry trends and analytics into commercial outcomes.
• Coordinate flagship projects across delivery, data review, reporting, and leadership updates.
• Manage internal and external partnerships, addressing risks to keep mission-critical initiatives on schedule.
• Monitor marketing and sales performance, store functionality, and commercial initiatives with local smartphone OEMs.
• Present performance reviews and progress updates to regional and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
• 5+ years of experience growing and retaining business while leading teams to exceed revenue targets.
• Hands-on experience building data and analytical tools, such as Tableau.
• Experience leading sales teams, building a high-performance culture, and driving engagement.
• Strong data analysis skills for identifying trends and guiding strategic initiatives.
• Customer-centric approach with a record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience with major smartphone OEMs or smartphone retailers in Indonesia.
