Focus on analyzing millions of rows, identifying trends and root causes, leading complex data projects, and mentoring junior BI team members.

What you will do
- Interpret data and apply advanced query techniques and statistical methods to uncover actionable insights.
- Build reusable data querying, transformation, visualization, reporting, and dashboard processes.
- Identify reporting needs, monitor business-process data, and escalate trends, events, or issues.
- Present complex findings clearly to support fact-based decision-making across the organization.
- Define data-driven process improvement opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Mentor junior BI team members and maintain documentation for reports and dashboards.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Expert-level SQL skills and experience writing advanced database queries.
- Experience with large datasets containing millions of rows and complex visualizations in live dashboard environments.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to lead complex data analysis projects and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Python, R, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with Jupyter, Hive, and BigQuery ML.
