Personal Banker - Universal (Kipling and Belleview)

Base salary: $45,375–$75,625 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate banking products and solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, lobby engagement, teller interactions, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through personalized financial guidance.
• Resolve customer problems using banking product and procedural knowledge.
• Manage operational and compliance risks while supporting accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent experience; comparable education, certification, and military experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Must work onsite in Littleton, Colorado.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
