Location: Seattle, Washington, USA. Hybrid office/remote environment with required in-person, in-office work and occasional remote work; occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
Salary: $28–$29.50 per hour.

What you will do
- Support DOJ-accredited legal representatives with immigration benefits cases before USCIS.
- Help clients gather documents and complete applications for naturalization, adjustment of status, and family reunification.
- Respond to client case-status inquiries and submit inquiries to USCIS and the Department of State.
- Process government correspondence, notify clients, and assist with responses to notices and evidence requests.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical files, case notes, reporting data, and required statistical, narrative, and financial reports.
- Schedule appointments, support community events and outreach, communicate with clients and partners, and coordinate intern and volunteer support.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional or lived experience.
- Experience communicating effectively in multicultural environments and with people with limited English proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, teamwork, and independent initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and online software.
- Written and spoken English proficiency and professional Spanish proficiency required.
- Commitment to immigrant rights, social justice, human rights, anti-racism, confidentiality, and ongoing learning.
Nice to have
- Experience in immigration legal services or social services.
- Familiarity with immigration software and data entry or data management.
- Community outreach or immigrant-rights advocacy experience.
