Staff Attorney (Immigration)

Location: Remote (United States); Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST

Salary: $65,000–$69,750 per year, with the final offer based on experience, skills, location, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Review draft immigration applications according to instructions from Senior Attorneys.
• Review and respond to Requests for Evidence and other post-submission USCIS requests.
• Evaluate legal strategies prepared by paralegals and ensure USCIS requirements are addressed.
• Review cover letters, supporting evidence, and final application packets before submission.
• Identify, track, and communicate necessary edits to other team members.
• Conduct immigration law research and meet daily case-review goals.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active membership in good standing with a state bar.
• Ability to follow detailed directions and communicate clearly about edits.
• Computer skills with MS Word, MS Excel, Dropbox, and MS Outlook.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday during 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST.
