TL;DR

Focus on designing rigorous outcomes research, influencing senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations, and building evidence strategies for complex pipeline assets.

Location: Morristown, New Jersey, or Cambridge, Massachusetts; hybrid with 3 days in-office required and approximately 15% travel

What you will do

  • Develop and execute global HEVA strategies for early neurology pipeline assets, including Alzheimer's disease, wet and dry AMD, and other neurodegenerative conditions.
  • Drive HEVA tactics that support commercial objectives, pricing, reimbursement, and market access goals.
  • Oversee the design, execution, and publication of health economics and outcomes research studies.
  • Develop real-world evidence strategies and maintain epidemiology assessments to support product lifecycle management.
  • Partner with commercial, US HEVA, clinical development, regulatory, and cross-functional teams to translate evidence into strategic decisions.
  • Mentor junior team members, engage payers and health technology assessment bodies, and represent the organization at scientific conferences.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in health economics, outcomes research, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree such as a PhD, PharmD, or equivalent in health economics, epidemiology, public health, economics, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced proficiency in health economic modeling, real-world evidence generation, evidence synthesis, and outcomes research methodologies.
  • Experience in neurology and a strong understanding of global health technology assessment and payer decision-making frameworks.
  • Knowledge of FDA and EMA regulatory guidance for real-world evidence and promotional guidance differences between the US and other regions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations.

  • Experience managing high-complexity assets and therapeutic areas requiring innovative evidence generation.
  • Proficiency with AI-powered analytics platforms, machine learning applications for evidence synthesis, generative AI, and automated data analysis.
