Location: Hybrid/in-person at offices in Acton, Massachusetts; San Diego, California; London, UK; or any EU-based office. Preference is given to UK- or EU-based locations. Travel is estimated at 20%.
Salary: $221,300–$331,925 annual base salary for U.S.-based positions, with potential incentive compensation.

What you will do
- Define and oversee the global HEOR strategy for current, in-market, and future products.
- Build and lead a high-performing global HEOR team covering RWE study design, epidemiology, biostatistics, PROs, and health-economic modeling.
- Lead evidence generation programs, including real-world evidence, epidemiological studies, burden-of-disease research, indirect comparisons, and PRO strategies.
- Oversee economic model development and adaptation for global, regional, and local HTA and reimbursement needs.
- Embed HEOR evidence into pricing, reimbursement, access strategies, value dossiers, AMCP dossiers, payer materials, and HTA submissions.
- Build relationships with academic partners and data collaborators and represent at conferences, expert panels, and policy forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health sciences, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on leadership experience in a content-developing HEOR role within life sciences, medtech, pharma, or consultancy.
- Deep understanding of economic modeling, real-world data analysis, HEOR methodologies, and HTA policies across global markets.
- Experience building and leading high-performing global HEOR teams and collaborating across clinical, medical, commercial, R&D, digital health, and access functions.
- Ability to translate complex evidence into clear value narratives for executives and payers.
- Strong scientific publication record.
Nice to have
- HEOR experience in diabetes or cardiovascular disease.
- Master’s degree or PharmD industry background.
- Hands-on health-economic modeling experience.
