Business Analytics Lead (Funds Transfer Pricing)

Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Chicago, New York City, Gaithersburg, Atlanta, Tampa, Birmingham, or surrounding markets in the United States

Base salary: $91,000–$500,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility based on company, business, and individual performance.

What you will do

• Support Funds Transfer Pricing operations within the Finance Control division.
• Lead monthly reporting and projects using Oracle Financial Services Application functionality.
• Coordinate FTP and OFSA projects, including new funding treatments for banking products and integration with new banking platforms.
• Partner with Asset & Liability Management and business leadership to deliver accurate and timely financial results.
• Analyze large, disparate, unstructured, or complex datasets and develop, test, and implement operational system changes.
• Build financial models, respond to analysis requests, and present recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience, with typically 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, accounting systems, financial reporting, data flow, and financial analysis.
• Required proficiency with Microsoft Office and SQL/query tools; experience with large datasets is preferred.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data consumption patterns, data integration, and data flow.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with OFSA, Hyperion Essbase, or TOAD.
• Understanding of financial services, banking balance sheets, and funds transfer pricing.
• MBA.
