Senior Lead Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid positions available in Bydgoszcz, Katowice, Wrocław, Opole, Kraków, Gdańsk, Lublin, Poznań, or Warszawa, Poland. Hybrid work applies after onboarding, combining office work with home office.

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable frontend solutions using React.
• Architect and build high-performance backend services with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and related frameworks.
• Develop and integrate Python-based AI and LLM solutions, including orchestration flows, RAG pipelines, and model interaction logic.
• Connect frontend, backend, and AI capabilities into end-to-end product flows across APIs, data sources, and cloud services.
• Translate business requirements and user journeys into secure, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Drive technical problem-solving and maintain standards for quality, performance, integration, and production readiness.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong hands-on software engineering experience in AI/ML, LLM, or platform environments.
• Advanced Python expertise for AI/LLM orchestration, data processing, and model integration.
• Strong experience with React and modern frontend development.
• Solid experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, microservices, and integrated systems.
• Understanding of LLM architectures, including RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, and evaluation; familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably GCP, and secure enterprise delivery practices.
