What you will do
- Architect and deploy end-to-end AI solutions, including RAG pipelines and autonomous agents, for risk management.
- Develop technical specifications, infrastructure designs, and implementation plans.
- Translate complex capital and regulatory requirements into effective prompt engineering.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulators, senior risk managers, and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers to identify patterns and build common AI solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related STEM discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in software development with strong core programming concepts.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience architecting and deploying AI solutions.
- Proficiency in at least one imperative language such as Java, C/C++, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with RAG architectures and orchestration frameworks like LangChain or Google ADK.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, SQL, and version control systems.
- Experience building complex, distributed AI applications at scale.
- Interest in Risk Management or OTC derivative products.
