Platform Engineering Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Neo engineering team while fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the design, development, and evolution of scalable and maintainable AI platform components.
• Drive platform reliability, scalability, and performance in collaboration with cloud engineering teams.
• Establish engineering practices for MLOps, model deployment, platform operations, and delivery.
• Partner with product, data, cloud, and change stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business priorities and AI use cases.
• Support governance, architectural standards, roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple platform workstreams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience leading platform engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, SRE, or AI platform teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, MLOps practices, and model operationalization.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong technical background in Python or a similar programming language, including experience building and scaling platform services.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps tooling and distributed AI systems.
• Open-source contributions, Kaggle participation, or GCP certifications.
