GMP Supervisor

What you will do

• Coordinate activities within assigned areas of the GMP program, including company and temporary employees.
• Train, supervise, instruct, and evaluate employees on tasks, safety policies, and procedures.
• Inspect areas, equipment, work quality, service, and safety conditions for sanitation, OSHA, and site-specific SOP compliance.
• Prepare pass-down reports and weekly or monthly updates while maintaining training, inspection, attendance, and metric records.
• Track equipment and supplies inventory and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Report personnel and customer issues, correct at-risk behavior, and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Equivalent education, technical training, professional certifications, and progressively responsible experience leading facilities, operations, janitorial, manufacturing, or service teams will be considered.
• Experience with supervisory responsibilities, including assigning work, performance evaluations, discipline, complaint resolution, and employee training.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds.
• A valid driver's license may be required.
• Some travel may be required.
