Consultant, Process Management

Location: Hybrid position based in Columbus, Ohio, with in-office collaboration 3 days per week

Salary: $87,000–$162,000 national annual range; expected starting range of $87,000–$131,000

What you will do

• Partner with marketing, sales enablement, technology, business leaders, and vendors to identify capability needs and define business outcomes.
• Analyze business and systems processes, performance gaps, and platform capabilities to recommend improvements.
• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize SaaS-enabled processes, procedures, tools, and controls.
• Lead complex process redesign and re-engineering initiatives affecting multiple business units.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards measuring adoption, performance, and business outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, vendor partnerships, dependencies, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Eight or more years of experience in business process design or operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in process analysis, design, implementation, and operations.
• Experience in business consulting, business analysis, marketing or sales enablement, learning and development, or organizational effectiveness.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable recommendations, technical requirements, priorities, and implementation roadmaps.
• Experience building, maintaining, and automating business-facing dashboards and scorecards.
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and FINRA Series 6 licenses must be obtained within 120 days of hire. A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record are also required.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate degree in business, mathematics, or a related field.
• Process-related certifications.
• CPCU, CPU, LOMA, or related insurance coursework.
• Experience with marketing, sales enablement, CRM, or learning technology platforms.
