Sr. Business Process Analyst

Location: United States of America. Hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office and up to 3 days remote, or fully remote with regular visits or trips to headquarters. MKS generally hires candidates who reside in states where it is registered to do business.

Salary: $88,425–$147,375 USD annually.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives and evolve the enterprise process architecture, including process landscapes, value streams, and end-to-end process models.
• Use Celonis Process Management and process mining where applicable to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
• Improve BPM standards, BPMN 2.0 modeling conventions, documentation quality, governance routines, and change-control practices.
• Facilitate workshops and change management activities to design future-state processes, aligning roles, handoffs, controls, systems, and business requirements.
• Define KPIs, baselines, and target outcomes; analyze performance data, identify root causes, and build business cases for process changes.
• Mentor junior analysts, coach stakeholders, and develop BPM capability through training and a community of practice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business process management, including process architecture and end-to-end process design in a complex organization.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from workshops through implementation, including planning, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Advanced knowledge of BPM repositories, process tools, BPMN 2.0, modeling conventions, process taxonomies, and architecture artifacts.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking, with the ability to translate strategy and stakeholder input into target-state designs, business rules, controls, and documentation.
• Ability to prioritize and manage a portfolio of process architecture, design, improvement, and governance work.
• English proficiency at minimum C1 level required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Celonis Process Management, Signavio, ARIS, or comparable process management solutions.
• Experience establishing or working within an enterprise process framework, including process taxonomies, value streams, and governance models.
• Experience partnering with ERP or enterprise platforms to enable end-to-end process design.
• Experience working in a multinational company.
