• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS commercial agreements, including MSAs and enterprise contracts.
• Support EU and US privacy compliance in day-to-day operations.
• Translate legal complexity into clear options and trade-offs, providing business-oriented recommendations.
• Contribute input to legal priorities, operating within a clear strategic team direction.
• Own matters end-to-end with strong preparation, documentation, and disciplined follow-through.
