TL;DR
In-house Lawyer (SaaS): Drafting and negotiating commercial SaaS agreements while supporting EU and US privacy compliance, emerging technology regulation, intellectual property, and broader compliance matters with an accent on pragmatic legal advice and business-oriented recommendations. Focus on navigating cross-jurisdictional legal complexity, translating risks into clear options and trade-offs, and owning matters end-to-end in a product-driven environment.
Location: Hybrid in Poland, with 5 working days onsite at the Wrocław office once per quarter. A registered business in Poland is required or must be possible to register.

What you will do
- Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS commercial agreements, including MSAs and enterprise contracts.
- Support EU and US privacy compliance in day-to-day operations.
- Translate legal complexity into clear options, trade-offs, and business-oriented recommendations.
- Contribute to ongoing Legal priorities within the team’s strategic direction.
- Own legal matters end-to-end through preparation, documentation, and disciplined follow-through.
Requirements
- Strong SaaS legal experience and a pragmatic, business-oriented approach.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and Legal leadership.
- Working understanding of the US legal landscape.
- Practical awareness of AI-related regulations and emerging technology legal issues is highly valued.
- Registered business in Poland, or the ability to register one, is required for the B2B contract.
