Intellectual Property Counsel (Poland/Remote)

Location: Remote from Poland; Warsaw

Salary: 18,000–24,000 PLN gross per month, with flexibility based on skills and competencies

What you will do

• Identify filing opportunities for trademarks, designs, and patents with intellectual property offices worldwide.
• Perform freedom-to-operate analyses for planned intellectual property applications.
• Coordinate global intellectual property filings and guide outside counsel on office-action responses.
• Work with technical teams to collect patenting ideas and safeguard new intellectual property.
• Advise colleagues and deliver training on intellectual property matters.
• Monitor legislative changes, track expenses, and coordinate outside counsel.

Requirements

• Qualified patent attorney or university degree in law.
• Five years of intellectual property experience in the private or public sector.
• In-depth knowledge of intellectual property law.
• Education, certification, or experience in computer science, engineering, or another technology field.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong interest in information technology and technology environments.
