What you will do
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Advise on corporate matters, regulatory requirements, legal restrictions, and operational risks.
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Privacy teams.
- Support new business initiatives and the formulation and implementation of company strategies and policies.
- Identify legal issues affecting operations and ensure management receives appropriate advice.
Requirements
- Law degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel at a multinational company.
- Strong skills in contract negotiation, contract drafting, and corporate matters.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Polish.
- Knowledge of payment or financial services industries, MS Office, and privacy/GDPR.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, prioritization, teamwork, and mediation skills.
