Director, Product Delivery (Claims)

Salary: $117,600–$206,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Lead delivery strategy and execution for Sg2 claims analytics products, including Share of Care, Provider Connections, and Patient Flow.
• Implement scalable service models and standardized delivery practices across the claims analytics portfolio.
• Lead and develop managers, consultants, and product advisors through coaching and performance oversight.
• Partner with product management, development, sales, operations, data operations, managed services, and analytics teams on product readiness and launches.
• Design internal training and standardized client education to improve adoption and effective use of claims analytics products.
• Engage healthcare executives, manage resource allocation, monitor delivery metrics, and implement process improvements, including automation and AI enablement.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with Medicare and/or commercial claims data.
• Experience leading analytics product delivery or healthcare analytics teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and collaborate across functions and disciplines.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, operational, problem-solving, and executive engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Relevant degree, preferably an advanced degree in engineering, data science, mathematics, population health, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Sg2 claims analytics tools, including Provider Connections, Patient Flow, and Share of Care.
• Experience supporting product launches, operational readiness initiatives, staffing models, and resource allocation.
