Salary: $102,400–$179,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do
- Lead strategic product delivery for Sg2 forecasting, state data, demographics, and healthcare strategy analytics products.
- Advise executive client stakeholders on growth strategy, market positioning, service line planning, network optimization, and operational performance.
- Guide clients in applying forecasting methodologies, analytics tools, and healthcare market intelligence to strategic decision-making.
- Translate complex data and forecasting outputs into actionable business, operational, and strategic recommendations.
- Influence product strategy and roadmap planning through client feedback, market opportunities, and competitive trends.
- Collaborate with product, strategy, analytics, sales, and client success teams while mentoring Product Advisors and CSAs.
Requirements
- Relevant degree preferred; advanced study in engineering, data science, mathematics, population health, healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare strategy analytics, forecasting methodologies, healthcare market intelligence, state data analysis, or service line planning.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, financial acumen, problem-solving, project management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience managing complex client relationships, cross-functional collaboration, change management, and healthcare growth or market analysis initiatives.
- Willingness to travel up to 10–15%.
