Salary: $102,400–$179,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop and implement organizational design strategies aligned with business objectives and operational efficiency.
• Design organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Assess organizational effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and develop action plans.
• Partner with talent management and learning teams on performance management, learning programs, and leadership capability.
• Lead complex change initiatives, including change plans, project plans, adoption, implementation, and ongoing evaluation.
• Coach leaders and employees, engage stakeholders, and identify strategies to mitigate risks and resistance to change.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of experience in organizational design, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
• Experience in a leadership role and the ability to lead complex change initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of organizational design principles, change management methodologies, and best practices.
• Ability to design metrics, interpret data, think strategically, and translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree.
• Change management certification such as Prosci.
