Sr AI Product Strategist

Estimated hiring range: $102,400–$179,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Research emerging AI and automation technologies, vendor roadmaps, capability advancements, industry adoption, and competitive intelligence.
• Translate market intelligence into recommendations for enterprise AI strategy, tool evaluations, roadmap decisions, pilots, investments, and capability development.
• Evaluate generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, robotic process automation, and related technologies against enterprise needs, investments, and governance requirements.
• Support portfolio and investment planning through value assessments, risk analysis, business cases, and technology landscape evaluations.
• Identify emerging technology risks, regulatory developments, and market trends, and collaborate with governance stakeholders on responsible AI standards.
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, and briefings while advising senior leaders and building organizational awareness through education and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, management consulting, product strategy, or a related field.
• Experience assessing emerging technology landscapes and translating findings into strategic, decision-ready recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of the AI and automation ecosystem, including generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, robotic process automation, and related enterprise technologies.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, technology evaluations, and investment assessments.
• Experience developing executive-level strategic recommendations, business cases, technology assessments, or market intelligence reports.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to evaluate complex technology trends, business implications, opportunities, risks, and potential enterprise value.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for translating complex technical concepts into clear guidance for executive and non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across business and technology organizations.
• Experience supporting strategic planning, roadmap development, portfolio management, or investment prioritization.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Experience working with Gartner, Forrester, or equivalent technology advisory firms.
