Sr AI Product Strategist

Location: Irving, Texas, at hirify.global Corporate HQ; must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Salary: $102,400–$179,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Research emerging AI and automation technologies, vendor roadmaps, market developments, and industry adoption trends.
• Translate market and competitive intelligence into recommendations for AI strategy, technology evaluations, roadmaps, and investments.
• Assess generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, RPA, and related enterprise capabilities against business needs and governance requirements.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations, business cases, value assessments, risk analyses, and investment priorities.
• Partner with business, product, governance, and technology leaders on strategic planning, portfolio management, and responsible AI adoption.
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, and briefings and build organizational awareness of the enterprise AI strategy.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, management consulting, product strategy, or a related field.
• Experience evaluating emerging technology landscapes and converting research into strategic, decision-ready recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, RPA, and related enterprise technologies.
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, technology evaluations, investment assessments, business cases, or market intelligence reports.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, stakeholder-management, and influencing skills.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI practices, and regulatory considerations.
• Experience working with Gartner, Forrester, or equivalent technology advisory firms.
• Background in management consulting, technology advisory, enterprise strategy, or digital transformation.
• Familiarity with governance processes, intake frameworks, and technology portfolio management.
• Relevant degree.
