Staff Product Manager - Enterprise AI/Agentic Solutions

Location: Onsite at hirify.global's location in hirify.global Park, Illinois, United States; this is not a remote role.

Base pay: $129,300.00–$258,700.00 per year; the range may vary by specific location.

What you will do

• Partner with business divisions, function leaders, and AI liaisons to capture value drivers, targets, and prioritized use cases and translate them into product requirements.
• Own and maintain a rolling roadmap of product capabilities mapped to the strategic use cases they support.
• Prioritize and sequence capability investments based on strategic value and enablement impact.
• Scope technical feasibility with AI/Agentic Engineering and Applied Data Science leads before committing capabilities to the roadmap.
• Own the outcomes of shipped use cases after launch and share accountability with business-side partners for achieving value targets.
• Represent business needs in cross-functional roadmap sequencing and mentor and technically develop junior team members.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience shipping production AI and ML products.
• Hands-on enterprise product management experience owning and shipping AI-powered products, with direct accountability for the product roadmap and outcomes.
• Proficiency with agentic AI or LLM-based product patterns.
• Strong technical fluency to scope feasibility directly with engineering leads.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to own outcomes jointly with a business-side partner.

Nice to have

• Product management experience for AI/ML products at a highly regulated technology or technology-enabled company, such as health tech, med-tech, fintech, or a similarly regulated environment.
• Experience building and sequencing roadmaps under compliance, validation, and audit constraints.
