Senior Business Reporting Analyst Lead

What you will do

• Lead business operations data, reporting, and analysis efforts for Technology.
• Define and create executive and CIO-level reporting for business stakeholders.
• Own budget, staffing, workforce, operational, and spend reporting for BMO and Technology organizations.
• Lead, coach, and mentor analysts and reporting resources while reviewing technical work.
• Drive reporting automation and replace manual spreadsheet-based processes.
• Maintain reporting architecture across AWS Athena, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Excel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8–12 years of related experience.
• Experience developing reporting standards, governance policies, and data quality practices.
• Strong communication skills with executive and C-suite audiences.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing analysts as a hands-on working manager.
• Hands-on Tableau and Power BI experience building reports and dashboards.
• Experience with AWS Athena, SQL, Python, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
