Production Control/Material Handler III (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Verify production job completion in the ERP system by checking clocked time against job plans and escalating or correcting variances when appropriate.
• Confirm material issuance, operation confirmations, job closures, and movement of job items to inventory locations.
• Receive parts, update inventory and shortage records, perform cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies and non-conformances.
• Prepare and regulate materials for cleanroom delivery, replenish line-side bins, and coordinate material movement to manufacturing areas.
• Review MRP, work orders, project status, and WIP while expediting materials from vendors and coordinating transfers between plants.
• Operate assigned material-handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, vans, trucks, or overhead cranes, in accordance with safety procedures.

Requirements

• Developed proficiency in a range of processes and procedures related to production control, inventory, and material handling.
• Basic understanding of how the team integrates with other functions.
• Ability to solve atypical or infrequent problems using established procedures and precedents.
• Ability to communicate regularly, follow documented business processes, and maintain safety standards.
• Ability to provide informal guidance and support to more junior team members.
