Material Handler (Medical Devices)

Location: US - Massachusetts; on-site plant work required

Salary: $21.71–$32.56 annual base salary, plus potential incentive compensation

hirify.global is a medical device company developing the Omnipod insulin management platform and other subcutaneous drug-delivery technologies.

What you will do

• Receive raw materials, components, and finished goods; verify shipments and label materials for internal use.
• Gather, verify, palletize, pull, and pack items for shipment.
• Load and coordinate finished-goods shipments for sterilization.
• Record received and shipped items in accordance with established procedures.
• Process transactions in ERP and rate-shopping applications, maintain inventory accuracy, and participate in cycle counts.
• Perform housekeeping, stocking, safety, maintenance, and other general warehouse duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in distribution, receiving, or manufacturing support is preferred but not required.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred.
• Ability to obtain certification for stand-up forklifts and power-operated equipment.
• Proficiency in English is required to read documentation and training materials and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ability to lift and transfer up to 50 lb, stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
