Case Manager – Workers Compensation (Allied Health)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims from intake through resolution.
• Support injured workers throughout their recovery journey and drive timely claim outcomes.
• Use clinical knowledge to develop and implement early intervention strategies.
• Liaise with injured workers, employers, medical practitioners, and allied health providers.
• Review medical reports, determine treatment pathways, and ensure compliance with legislation and scheme requirements.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or a similar allied health discipline.
• Strong understanding of injury management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous workers compensation or insurance experience is desirable but not essential.
