Sr. Analyst, Service Contract Management

Salary: $68,500–$116,300 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Analyze service spend, contract utilization, supplier performance, and installed-base data for sourcing strategies, capital planning, and supplier negotiations.
• Develop baseline spend analyses, pricing comparisons, total cost of ownership models, savings assessments, and forecasting reports.
• Track contract utilization, savings performance, and forecasted service contract spend for category management and leadership reporting.
• Maintain and improve data quality across contract, procurement, and asset management systems.
• Prepare RFx analyses, supplier comparisons, pricing models, negotiation materials, dashboards, and executive reporting packages.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve contract lifecycle management, data governance, reporting processes, and sourcing execution.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, database, reporting, and spreadsheet skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and large dataset management.
• Ability to identify data issues, contract gaps, pricing discrepancies, risks, and savings opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel; a relevant degree is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, sourcing, supply chain, finance, analytics, or contract management.
• Experience with Coupa, Nuvolo, contract management, procurement, or asset management systems.
• Experience developing total cost of ownership models, supplier pricing comparisons, RFx analyses, savings models, or contract utilization reports.
