hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Manage accounting operations for multiple manufacturing clients, including software and chart-of-accounts activities.
• Coordinate accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll transaction processing.
• Coordinate and review month-end reconciliations, including prepaids, receivables, fixed assets, payables, accruals, investments, and debt.
• Prepare and review financial statements, general ledger activity, cash flow, allocations, sales tax returns, Form 1099s, and audit or tax workpapers.
• Oversee the workflow and quality of work produced by Associates and Analysts.
• Support internal audit, due diligence, system selection, and other consultative projects.

• At least 2 years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent combinations of experience, education, and training may be accepted.
• Ability to work with client accounting operations, reconciliations, financial statements, and tax-related forms.
