Senior Accountant

What you will do

• Monitor and improve Procure-to-Pay processes, including accounts payable workflows and payment operations.
• Support the proper implementation and efficient use of SAP GUI and SAP Fiori.
• Conduct IRS process reviews and identify opportunities to improve P2P operations.
• Handle AP reconciliation escalations involving GR/IR and trade payables.
• Improve down-payment processes, reporting, and account reclassification.
• Coordinate with the Shared Service Center in Argentina and global IT teams to align AP processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Organization, Finance, or a closely related field.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with SAP GUI and/or SAP Fiori in a financial or operational context.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting P2P processes, conducting finance process reviews, and performing AP reconciliations.
• Experience improving processes across regions or business units and collaborating with Shared Service Centers or global teams.
• Experience with enterprise ERP systems, AP inquiries, and digital automation or reporting tools such as Power BI, RPA, or Power Automate.
