What you will do

• Analyze healthcare supply chain processes, data sources, and system functionality for operational and strategic initiatives.
• Research data sources and develop data sets, reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Define and document business and reporting requirements with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Interpret trends, forecasts, and regulatory changes and assess their potential impact on operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver quality work on schedule.
• Present analyses, insights, recommendations, and alternative solutions to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of healthcare supply chain experience.
• Experience supporting supply chain, business systems, data analysis, or related business operations.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
