IT Portfolio Lead

Location: Irving, TX 75062, hirify.global Corporate HQ; onsite

Salary: $117,600–$206,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead governance, oversight, prioritization, and optimization of a large-scale enterprise IT portfolio.
• Develop and improve portfolio management frameworks, standards, methodologies, controls, and delivery practices.
• Oversee demand intake, business case evaluation, investment prioritization, portfolio planning, and resource capacity management.
• Manage portfolio budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, financial performance, and benefits realization.
• Establish executive dashboards, performance metrics, portfolio reporting, and data-driven recommendations.
• Facilitate executive reviews and governance forums while leading, mentoring, and developing project and program managers.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading enterprise portfolio, program, or project management functions in complex organizations.
• Experience managing large-scale technology portfolios, including strategic planning, demand management, investment prioritization, resource planning, governance, and financial oversight.
• Experience presenting portfolio performance, financials, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio governance and project and program delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong analytical, leadership, coaching, change management, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Degree in Business Management, Information Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience with portfolio management, project management, and resource planning tools.
• PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or related certification.
