Senior AI Financial Operations Analyst

Location: Irving, Texas, at hirify.global Corporate HQ; onsite position

Salary: $102,400–$179,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Lead financial operations and governance across enterprise AI platforms, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and Google Vertex AI.
• Track and optimize token utilization, inference costs, GPU usage, model hosting, vector databases, embeddings, and AI agent execution.
• Build forecasting models, financial planning processes, AI unit economics, and investment recommendations.
• Establish showback, chargeback, financial guardrails, and operational controls for responsible AI adoption.
• Partner with security, risk, legal, architecture, infrastructure, data, analytics, and AI engineering stakeholders.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting while identifying shadow AI usage and workload optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information technology, computer science, data analytics, business, or a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in Cloud FinOps, AI infrastructure, cloud operations, data platforms, technology finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience with public cloud AI services, generative AI platforms, cloud consumption models, and AI pricing structures.
• Experience analyzing cloud financial data, operational telemetry, utilization trends, and technology spending.
• Ability to build forecasting models, perform financial analysis, create executive dashboards, and communicate complex technical and financial concepts.
• Strong knowledge of cloud economics, technology financial management, AI operational best practices, and cross-functional optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI Enterprise, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience with Cloudability, Azure Cost Management, Datadog, Power BI, or comparable tools.
• Familiarity with AI agent architectures, orchestration frameworks, GPU infrastructure, and AI workload optimization.
• FinOps Foundation certification, cloud platform certifications, or related professional credentials.
• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks, responsible AI practices, and enterprise risk management.
