ADC Global Delivery Manager (FinTech)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid model with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of mid-sized, globally distributed projects focused on system upgrades and client onboarding.
• Develop detailed project plans and communication documents based on scoping materials.
• Manage ADC resources and allocate them across tasks while balancing priorities across concurrent engagements.
• Track project and portfolio performance, assess risks, and adjust delivery strategy or resourcing as needed.
• Set expectations with regional project sponsors, clients, and other stakeholders while maintaining trusted relationships.
• Lead governance meetings and ensure smooth transitions of deliverables to clients.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of direct project management experience, including process development and execution across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Experience with software implementation or upgrade projects and client-facing onboarding work.
• Consulting or fintech experience, ideally with asset manager or investment management clients.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, influencing, conflict management, prioritization, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• PMI PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Willingness to obtain a project management certification within 12 months of hire.
