Experienced Finnish Payroll Specialist in Spain

Location: Hybrid in Malaga, Granada, Madrid, Barcelona, or Valencia, Spain

What you will do

• Manage the full payroll process for Nordic clients, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
• Handle payroll activities from data entry and tax reporting to bank file preparation and vacation pay calculations.
• Provide expert support for complex payroll queries.
• Collaborate with the payroll operations team to streamline processes and improve service quality through technology.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing the complete payroll cycle.
• Finnish at C2 level is required.
• English at B2 level is required.
• Strong knowledge of Finnish employment laws and payroll regulations.
• Proactive approach, growth mindset, perseverance, and ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
