What you will do

• Record monthly payroll incidents including bonuses, overtime, one-time payments, flexible remuneration, and benefits in kind
• Handle settlements, collective agreements, fines, tax penalties, and personal income tax
• Serve as main point of contact for employee inquiries on compensation, benefits, taxation, and deductions
• Ensure compliance with social security, statutory payments, taxes, and public administration requirements
• Manage employee records, contracts, registrations, terminations, medical/sickness leave, and absences
• Maintain Personnel Department databases and reconcile payroll with Finance

Requirements

• Degree in Labour Relations, Human Resources, or related field
• Proven experience in payroll-focused role with similar functions
• International payroll experience required, specifically across Spain, Portugal, and Italy
• Experience with systems such as Sistema RED/SILTRA, AEAT, Segurança Social, AT, and INPS
• Fluent/professional Spanish and English, written and verbal
• Valid working visa for Spain

Nice to have

• Experience with payroll systems such as SUMMAR (LABOR), SDWORX (INTEGHRO), META4, A3NOM, SAP
• Experience with Workday
