IT Specialist (All genders)

Location: Hamburg, Germany; support for locations in Portugal and Switzerland

What you will do

• Provide first- and second-level support for users in Germany, Portugal, and Switzerland.
• Support Windows desktops, laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 applications, and workplace technologies.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, hardware, software, and end-user devices.
• Handle incidents and service requests through ITSM and ticketing systems.
• Support LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, communication solutions, and international IT projects and rollouts.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external service providers while maintaining security, compliance, and corporate standards.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in computer science, IT system administration, IT support, or a related field.
• At least five years of professional experience in IT support, service desk, or end-user support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, LAN/WLAN, TCP/IP, VPN, and workstation technologies.
• Experience with IT service management processes, ticketing systems, IT security, and user management.
• Excellent German and English skills are required.
• Professional experience with AI-powered workplace solutions such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude, plus strong service orientation and problem-solving skills.
