Salary: $92,500–$129,500 total cash range annually, with potential pay up to $148,000 based on sustained performance.

What you will do

• Design and deliver software solutions for marketing technology problems.
• Develop and enhance independent and open-source products supporting marketing operations.
• Improve deployment processes, test automation, performance, and platform monitoring.
• Work with architecture and product stakeholders on business-critical projects.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of software development experience with Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience with microservice architecture and orchestration of containerized applications.
• Experience with AWS and continuous delivery practices.
• Experience with Apache Spark, Kubernetes, and NoSQL technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, product-focused, and software engineering skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related engineering field.
