Pharmacy Executive II

Location: Hybrid office-based role requiring three days per week on site in Irving, Texas, or Chicago, Illinois

Salary: $102,400–$179,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of pharmaceutical supplier service agreements and align contracting activities with corporate strategy.
• Lead pharmaceutical negotiations from opportunity identification and strategy formulation through contract development, implementation, and documentation.
• Build supplier relationships and act as the primary contact for pharmacy service programs.
• Review contract financials, including budgets, accruals, forecasts, and revenue expectations.
• Develop, negotiate, and manage performance of service Statements of Work.
• Monitor execution, market competitiveness, and supplier compliance while collaborating with peers and management.

Requirements

• Pharmacy degree or PharmD required.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Direct contracting and negotiation experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver results.
• Willingness to work on site three days per week in Irving or Chicago and travel as needed.
