TL;DR
People Science & Learning Associate (Behavioral Science and Learning): Supporting applied research, evidence-based learning programs, and technical content development across hiring, development, performance, and employee experience with an accent on qualitative and quantitative research, instructional design, and learning analytics. Focus on collecting and interpreting research data, validating people-related tools, designing competency-based learning experiences, and improving knowledge retention through behavioral science.
Location: United States; office-based roles are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday.

What you will do
- Support applied research in job analysis, assessment design, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
- Collect, organize, clean, and interpret data from surveys, interviews, and other research sources.
- Support interviews, focus groups, think-aloud sessions, and the coding and synthesis of open-ended responses.
- Review and validate assessments, surveys, pilot programs, and other people-related tools and processes.
- Design and deploy data-driven learning programs and technical content addressing competency gaps and organizational needs.
- Analyze learning outcomes and platform analytics to improve curriculum design, learner engagement, knowledge retention, and training effectiveness.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Behavioral Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field focused on human behavior, instructional design, and organizations.
- Foundational knowledge of research design and analysis, including qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Familiarity with job analysis, performance measurement, surveys, and program evaluation.
- Comfort working with data and spreadsheets, strong attention to detail, and commitment to research and documentation accuracy.
- Proficiency in instructional design and familiarity with e-learning platforms or digital learning tools.
- Ability to analyze learning metrics, performance trends, and research data and collaborate with scientists, engineers, and data specialists.
