Communications Specialist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage external communications channels, including the company website and social media platforms.
• Develop and execute content strategies for social media, thought leadership, web content, media materials, presentations, and corporate updates.
• Support external messaging by collaborating with senior leaders and subject matter experts across regions.
• Optimize communication channels by tracking performance and improving external communications.
• Maintain consistent, high-quality communications and a coherent brand voice across channels.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while building relationships with stakeholders across functions, regions, and seniority levels.

Requirements

• University degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in communications, content, social media, or a related role.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience managing external communications channels, including websites and social media platforms.
• Strong content creation, social media strategy, content planning, channel management, and performance measurement skills.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
